GEN Training of Trainers (12-16 Nov 2018)
Kufunda Village is a beautiful and vibrant ecovillage/learning centre in Zimbabwe which was established about 15yrs ago.
The GEN team took a tour of Kufunda Village and learnt a lot about permaculture, organic farming, health and nutrition, eco-building, renewable energy, working with children and a lot more!
About 80 percent of all household waste can be recycled or reused. It all starts with separating your waste
SCOPE Zimbabwe had the privilege to host this beautiful and diverse group of people at our Demonstration Centre for the Ecovillage Development Training for Regenerative Design/Training of Trainers. This training inspired the inception of the Centre’s new name Chitubu/Exaphozini which means ‘spring’ in our native languages (Shona and Ndebele respectively). We strive for the centre to be a resilient spring of hope, growth and knowledge and togetherness! ….Here are some highlights of the training!!
